Konekti, an Eindhoven-based startup, has raised €1.2 million in funding. The company is developing a data preparation tool for process mining, a technology that identifies inefficiencies in business processes through data analysis. Konekti aims to become the market leader in data preparation for process mining by providing a 'manual to solve the entire data puzzle' that speeds up the process and requires no coding skills.

Founded by Lotte Vugs and Maarten van Asseldonk, Konekti addresses a significant bottleneck in process mining: data preparation. Process mining, a technology that originated at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) two decades ago, helps companies identify inefficiencies by analyzing data related to their business processes. However, preparing this data for analysis is often difficult and time-consuming. Konekti’s tool aims to simplify this process, offering a user-friendly, low-code solution also for those who can't code.

Konekti to scale process intelligence

The €1.2 million in funding will support Konekti's goal to become the market leader in data preparation for process mining. The seed round was led by Arches Capital, with participation from the Brabant Development Agency (BOM).

“For years, building data models was the main obstacle to scale process intelligence,” says Vugs. “With Konekti, this process is five to ten times faster. That gives teams the insights they need to determine where processes need to be improved, where AI has the greatest impact, and provides AI agents with the process context they need to act effectively and responsibly.”

Konekti is used by process intelligence teams at multinationals and consulting firms in the Netherlands and beyond. The solution integrates seamlessly with existing ecosystems and is designed for teams looking to accelerate, standardize, and industrialize their process intelligence initiatives.
