Agrifood Innovation Event

Date: -

Time: -

Location: Conference Centre, High Tech Campus Eindhoven 1

At the Vertical Farming program, we explore cutting-edge techniques and technologies that are transforming (urban) food production. Vertical farming allows crops to be cultivated in vertically stacked layers, efficiently using limited urban space and promoting environmental sustainability.

Vertical farms can be constructed in new and existing buildings and offer numerous benefits for environmental sustainability and human health. Vertical farms conserve valuable resources by minimizing the need for water and nutrients. Additionally, eliminating pesticides and fungicides creates a healthier and more natural growing environment. Join us as we delve into critical areas of research and development in vertical farming.
