British Columbia-based\u00a0ImmunoPrecise Antibodies<\/a>\u00a0(IPA) will relocate its laboratories to a new biotech Centre of Excellence at the\u00a0Pivot Park Campus<\/a>\u00a0in Oss, the Netherlands. With its new space at Pivot Park, ImmunoPrecise will house next-generation equipment to support its workforce, in addition to expanding its European operations and advancing innovative\u00a0research & development<\/a>\u00a0for its antibody technology. Pivot Park announced the step in a press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are very excited to advance our ambitions driving our valuable innovation-driven antibody discovery, selection, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities in our new state-of-the-art facility,\u201d said Dr. Debby Kruijsen, General Manager of IPA Europe. \u201cWe are confident that this expansion enables us to meet the growing interest in IPA\u2019s custom antibody solutions and R&D activities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ImmunoPrecise grows its R&D footprint in the Dutch biopharmaceutical community<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ImmunoPrecise has established a strong presence in the Dutch life sciences & health ecosystem<\/a>. Featuring 3,100 R&D companies and 420 biopharmaceutical companies in a relatively small country, the Netherlands\u2019 highly concentrated life sciences & health community has developed a formula for biotech success and innovation<\/a>. ImmunoPrecise itself has two European subsidiaries in the Netherlands. Earlier this year, the company also announced the move of its IPA Europe laboratories in Utrecht to the new Accelerator building at the Utrecht Science Park<\/a>. ImmunoPrecise\u2019s new space in Oss at Pivot Park, one of Europe\u2019s leading biopharma campuses, will further enable the Canadian company to provide R&D services to its growing list of international clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Netherlands\u2019 focus on\u00a0sustainability<\/a>\u00a0also facilitated ImmunoPrecise\u2019s decision to move into Pivot Park. The new home of IPA Laboratories Oss \u2013 a multitenant building called \u201cGrizzly\u201d \u2013 is expected to be LEED-certified and designed to meet the requirements for a nearly zero-energy building. This fulfills a key tenet of ImmunoPrecise and its ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
