Daarmee stijgt dit soort vacatures bijna\u00a0twee keer zo hard als\u00a0de rest. Dat blijkt uit een becijfering van <a href=\"http:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hubfs\/522482\/Documents_\/Skills_Onderzoek_Textkernel_tbv_Brainport_mrt16_2.pdf?t=1459347811916\" target=\"_blank\">Tekstkernel voor Brainport<\/a>. De cijfers maken nog eens extra duidelijk hoe groot de behoefte is aan technisch personeel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"localfocusvisual\" style=\"width: 600px; height: 550px; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/localfocus2.appspot.com\/5705803844bf9\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Het pijnlijke achter de cijfers is dat de werkloosheid in Eindhoven relatief hoog is en dat er dus sprake is van een mismatch op de arbeidsmarkt: veel vacatures maar niet de juiste mensen om die in te vullen. Diverse programma&#8217;s vanuit Brainport en de gemeente Eindhoven moeten die mismatch uit de wereld helpen.<\/p>\n<p>Het totaal aantal unieke vacatures in Brainport is de laatste 7 jaar gestegen van 54.032 naar 73.393, dus een stijging van 36%. Daarmee is het aantal unieke banen in Brainport bijna 4% harder gegroeid dan in de rest van Nederland.<\/p>\n<p>Over de volle breedte is er dus meer vraag naar mensen met een technische achtergrond: het aantal gevraagde IT skills per vacature is in de\u00a0onderzochte\u00a0periode met 13% is toegenomen.
