Together they build Eindhoven\u2019s new city branding campaign to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eindhoven.video\/\" target=\"_blank\">Share the Vibe<\/a>. Earlier this year, e52 portrayed the work of <a href=\"https:\/\/innovationorigins.com\/en\/tag\/sharethevibe-en\/\" target=\"_blank\">Raw Color, Niels Hoebers, Bart Hess and Mike Roelofs<\/a>. It\u2019s all of us. It\u2019s within us.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53908\" src=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-4.png\" alt=\"Moorman 4\" width=\"953\" height=\"541\" \/><\/a>&#8220;How I was raised, made me into who I am today. I have been living here for 37 minus 4 years, because right after I graduated the Academy in Rotterdam, I went straight back to Eindhoven. I love its pleasant atmosphere, its clearness. Interact in a positive way and to not be grudged. I started working in the underground; meeting each other, organising things together. In other cities, people tend to work individually and it\u2019s hard to break that routine. Here, it\u2019s easy to get in contact with each other.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53905\" src=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-1.png\" alt=\"Moorman 1\" width=\"584\" height=\"586\" \/><\/a>Moorman is perfectly comfortable with where he is\u00a0today. &#8220;Everything is around the corner, you are as quickly at a <em>Do-It-Yourself<\/em>-shop as at the Airport. You simply leave your car at your doorstep or hop on a bike. We don\u2019t do bullshit here. Just hard work and be critical of your own work. Deliver quality products. Don\u2019t start acting cool because you made something great once.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53909\" src=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-5.png\" alt=\"Moorman 5\" width=\"950\" height=\"538\" \/><\/a>So Eindhoven is great, but the situation is far from stable. &#8220;It can all go downhill in Eindhoven if people start leaving. When they try to control things and setting out rules. When they destroy the bottom-up structure. Everything here gets its charm by the people themselves.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>&#8220;I focused on cool stuff&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53906\" src=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Moorman-2.png\" alt=\"Moorman 2\" width=\"954\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a>For this campaign Moorman\u00a0went back to the past. &#8220;My own past and the city\u2019s past. I <a href=\"https:\/\/ioplus.nl\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Johan-Moorman-portret.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-53904\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.ioplus.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Johan-Moorman-portret-199x300.png\" alt=\"Johan Moorman portret\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>deliberately didn\u2019t do anything with buildings, but I mainly focused on cool stuff. On what was created in the past and forms the basis of Eindhoven today. Eindhoven is a city of inventions, thanks to Philips of course. By the way, the <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/01A6gx7UZ4o\" target=\"_blank\">Chriet Titulaer videos<\/a> are a fantastic source to discover what used to be considered futuristic. My father worked for Philips for over 25 years and could buy anything at the staff shop at a discount. The house was packed with it, for instance the Laserdisc and Video 2000.
