Maar de harde werkelijkheid is dat\u00a0de spoorverdubbeling tussen Kaldenkirchen en D\u00fclken,\u00a0essentieel om die plannen uit te voeren, niet is opgenomen in het\u00a0Bundesverkehrswegeplan. Dat betekent dat de verbinding op zijn vroegst in 2030\u00a0gerealiseerd zou kunnen worden.<!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/innovationorigins.com\/?s=dusseldorf\" target=\"_blank\">Lees hier al onze eerdere artikelen over de snelle treinverbinding met D\u00fcsseldorf<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het was voor D66 in de Eindhovense gemeenteraad direct aanleiding voor vragen aan burgemeester Van Gijzel (die de lobby voor deze treinverbinding de afgelopen maanden heeft geleid) en wethouder Jannie Visscher (verkeer en vervoer). Wat de partij met name wil weten is welke alternatieven er nog zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Een van de alternatieven zou zijn dat Nederland de Duitsers financieel ondersteunt. De logica daarachter zou zijn dat het vooral ook Nederland is dat profiteert van de verbeteringen. Heel eenvoudig is dat echter niet, omdat er\u00a0op diverse niveaus (gemeentelijk, provinciaal, landelijk) politieke steun voor zou moeten komen.
