Companies therefore need to step up their efforts to attract young talent. During the <a href=\"https:\/\/wervingsdagen.nl\/careerexpo.php\">TU\/e Career Expo<\/a>, the largest business fair in the Netherlands, companies get in touch with students. A special corridor has been set up for innovative start-ups and scale-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"io-block io-block__summary\"><ul><li>The Career Expo will take place in March. Companies wishing to participate can still register.<\/li><li>Brom Mechatronica participated last year and will be on the exhibition floor again next year.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Career Expo, which takes place on 5 and 6 March 2024 at TU Eindhoven, has welcomed a diverse group of companies in previous years, from Bol to ASML. Dozens of start-ups are also present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Innovation Hallway<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Innovation Hallway, found on the connecting bridge between the Auditorium and Atlas buildings at the university, is a unique part of the Career Expo. This space is specially designed to introduce tech students to innovative, young companies. Here, tech start-ups and scale-ups can showcase what they have to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Brom Mechatronics and students<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brom Mechatronics was present at last year&#8217;s event and will again be found in The Innovation Hallway next year. The company develops and builds innovative mechatronic solutions for various sectors, such as semiconductor\/photonics, energy transition, agriculture and education and research. The company helps start-ups scale up their innovative ideas. But soon you might just be able to get back on the &hellip; <a href=\"\">Continued<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Kristel Reisner, working at the company: &#8220;The expo is a pond of young talent. This year too, we are looking forward to introducing new promising talents to Brom Mechatronics to ultimately convince them to join us.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.ioplus.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/20220317_153927-crop-691x1004.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-462122\" width=\"143\" height=\"208\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">TUebot<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its establishment, Brom Mechatronics has had close ties with students. A striking example of this are the &#8216;TUebots&#8217; &#8211; robots that teach students how to programme and where they can bring control technology into practice. There are internship and graduation opportunities within the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reisner is convinced that students can learn a lot at Brom Mechatronics. &#8220;On both a personal and technical level. That&#8217;s because we let our employees do everything themselves, from design to assembling the machine.&#8221; Our employees take and are given a lot of responsibility.
