Er ist nicht der Einzige, 44 Prozent der BewohnerInnen der Stadt ging es genauso. Bei der ersten Absperrung hatte der Ingenieurstudent die Nase voll und schraubte ein Holzbrett und ein Gel\u00e4nder an sein Fenster. Das war der Anfang von Balcosy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holzmayer: &#8220;Balcosy ist eine Holzkonstruktion, die unter das Fenster gestellt wird. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, hat es die Form eines umgekehrten U und kann als Tisch oder Regal verwendet werden. Wenn man das Fenster \u00f6ffnet, kann man die Konstruktion hochklappen und das &#8216;U&#8217; ist ein Sitzplatz mit zwei Seiten. Au\u00dferdem kann ein Teil der Sitzfl\u00e4che hochgeklappt werden, was als Sicherheit dient. Die Montage ist einfach, und wenn man will, kann man den Fensterbalkon im Winter leicht abnehmen.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"No balcony, but do you still want to sit outside? Es gibt zwar den niederl\u00e4ndischen Bloom Frame, aber diese Konstruktion ist untrennbar mit dem Fenster verbunden. Au\u00dferdem ist sie teurer und komplizierter zu montieren. Holzmayer hat gro\u00dfe Ambitionen. &#8220;In etwa f\u00fcnf Jahren soll jeder Bewohner in Mitteleuropa unseren Balkon kaufen k\u00f6nnen.
