Termsheet negotiations are hidden from the real world. Investors have experienced this battle\u00a0a lot of times and therefore know how to act. Entrepreneurs will only face this negotiation a couple of times.\u00a0This event opens the doors of the hidden rooms and makes it possible for everyone to see how real negotiations are being played.<\/p>\n

This event is not only for the entrepreneurs who are currently in the process of raising a financing round, but for everyone who is interested into diving deeper in the world of Venture Capital.<\/p>\n
