Deze digitale codes kunnen aan content worden toegevoegd tijdens het productie- of distributieproces, in de digitale filmprojector in een bioscoop of zelfs tot op het niveau van een individuele set-top box of TV scherm. In het geval van illegale kopie\u00ebn van de content kan hiermee heel snel\u00a0de bron van het lek gevonden worden.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terpstra: &#8220;Deze erkenning onderschrijft het enorme belang van watermerk toepassingen in de strijd tegen piraterij.
