Deze activiteiten zijn nu nog verspreid over twee locaties in Eindhoven. De verhuizing biedt het snelgroeiende team van Additive Industries alle ruimte voor verdere groei: het totale nieuwe oppervlak\u00a0zo’n zeven keer groter dan alle huidige faciliteiten samen. Afgelopen jaar presenteerde Additive Industries haar ambitie om te groeien tot een top 3 positie in de industri\u00eble 3D metaalprint markt in 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n De locatie kent een rijke historie voor de maakindustrie. Naast Philips waren hier ook andere Eindhovense grootmachten als ASML en FEI (nu onderdeel van Thermo Fisher) in hun beginjaren gevestigd.<\/p>\n Na de renovatie is het pand “volledig duurzaam”, zo laat CEO Daan Kersten weten. “Het voldoet daarmee aan de hoogste energiebesparingseisen en biedt de beste werkomgeving voor de Additive Industries teams. We zijn trots dat we opnieuw onze intrek mogen nemen in een inspirerend voorbeeld van industrieel erfgoed waar we de oorspronkelijke architectuur hebben bewaard en gecombineerd met een vleugje moderniteit.
