According to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/english.etnews.com\/20170627200001\">Korea IT News<\/a>, Samsung has purchased two EUV chip machines this year, to be followed up with another seven next year. With these machines, the production of chips can be raised and improved.<\/p>\n<p>With EUV (Extreme Ultra Violet), Samsung is able to produce\u00a06-nanometer chips.
